Ten years building software, spanning product design, architecture and full-stack engineering. I've been Technical Co-Founder of two AI startups, which taught me to move fast between code, product and architecture depending on what the day needed.

In the last few years I've specialized in agentic AI systems - multi-agent orchestration, LLM observability and privacy engineering for production environments with real users, budgets and auditors attached.

Outside client work I like building my own open-source projects end to end, from architecture to shipping. I use AI tools deeply in my daily workflow - not as a novelty, but as core infrastructure for how I build.
